Hi, I’m Steph — once the most reluctant yoga student ever.

Now a yoga teacher who believes:

 

• You don’t need to be flexible to enjoy yoga

• You don’t need fancy leggings

• You definitely don’t need to look a certain way

 

If you’re looking for:

• movement that feels good, not pressured

• calming breathwork and guided meditation to quiet a busy mind

Whether you’re completely new to yoga, picking it back up again, or craving a gentler practice, you’ll feel supported every step of the way.

 

We keep things simple:

No fancy gimmicks.

No performance.

Just a healthy respect for this ancient practice of wellbeing — taught in a way that supports modern, everyday life.

 

My classes include gentle movement, mindful breathwork and guided meditation — a complete reset for body and mind.

Designed for everyday humans: the tight shoulders, the busy minds, the ones who want to feel better without being folded into a pretzel.

 

We move slowly, breathe deeply, and always finish feeling calmer, stronger and more ourselves.

Steph

I'm Steph, and I'm super excited to share my love of yoga with you. I started practicing yoga over six years ago, and it's made such a big difference in my life. Practicing yoga has greatly improved my mental health, during menopause, yoga became my anchor. It significantly improved my mental health, bringing calm and boosting my mood. Physically, it's been a game-changer for my arthritic lower back, helping me feel stronger. Yoga offers holistic support, body and mind.
 

I really want to help you feel all those good things too. I know trying something new can be a little scary, but don't worry! In my classes, we'll take things slow and have fun. It doesn't matter if you've never practiced yoga before. We'll learn together, and I'll be there to help you every step of the way. I can't wait to see you in class and start this yoga adventure together! I offer a three Yoga classes in easy to access locations in the Long Sutton area.
